Hello Joel. Good to have you here in this game. I'd like to direct a couple of questions to you to get more insights on the game. 1. What is your first impression of your tribe?
2. What is your strategy in this game?
3. Have you made any allies / alliance so far?
4. What do you think of the outburst that happened between Julie and Chet during the immunity challenge?
5. Have you formed any impressions on members of the opposing tribe?
Thank you Joel, I wish you the best of luck!

1. What is your first impression of your tribe? I like this tribe better then my tribe in Jiuzhaigou, but mostly because I was isolated from the main group of of the tribe there and as such never got told anything about what was going on. At the very least, I'm in an alliance.
2. What is your strategy in this game? Stay positive, be honest when possible, and put all I can into missions. :3
3. Have you made any allies / alliance so far? Yes. With Julie and Chet, soon to be inviting Mary and Misty into it as well.
4. What do you think of the outburst that happened between Julie and Chet during the immunity challenge? It was just two different people with two different personalities brushing against each other like a pair of fault plates. I jumped in the middle of them at a point, because I had been talking to Chet already, and ended up starting to chat it up with Julie. It was just a small conflict caused by small things that bugged both of them, escalating until they finally just apologized to each other and got over it. Now if you had asked about the Julie and Sarah conflict, it'd be a completely different matter. ;p
5a. Have you formed any impressions on members of your tribe? (Misread the question, typed a bunch, figured you'd want the below information anyways, so I branched the question.)
Chet is pretty awesome, probably the one I want to be in the game the most. Sarah is flirting with me like crazy, which I don't like, but I'll go along with her for the alliance. Gillian is a good talker, but might be overlooked due to her problem with her AIM putting her on Invisible on it's own. Mary and Misty are on my tribe in Jiuzhaigou, and I trust them more here then there. Matty was good at the challenge, and probably the one who tipped it in favor of us so quickly. Sydney is at the very least, willing to play and not going to idle, haven't talked to her much because her AIM relays to her phone as text messages, and I'm worried she doesn't have unlimited texts, I'll probably end up asking her if she does soon. JT could be a good leader, he pulled me into the mission pretty well, which helped me pull other people. Jenna's medical emergency made it so we don't know how well she performs in challenges and has prevented me from talking to her yet. All in all, we're a coordinated tribe, I think. And at the very least, stronger then the other team.
5b. Have you formed any impressions on members of the opposing tribe? Jimmy, Julie, and NaOnka seem to be their strongest players. I have talked to Jimmy and Julie, but not NaOnka, so I don't know her well. Also briefly talked with Steve and Anthony, but Steve has a chance of going tonight. Oh well'
Oh, and Cate. ask me questions whenever you want to know something. I do so enjoy answering. ^_^

Thank you Joel.
So, what is the whole deal between Sarah and Julie then?

Well, think of it this way.
Julie's first message to Chet was "I made a point! I made a point!", which is what lead to Chet becoming irritated by Julie in the first place, seeing her as un-sportsmanlike.
She must've said something to Sarah too. Because Sarah routinely said "I hate her/Julie" in my conversations with Sarah during the mission. And seeing as there wasn't a resolution to that conflict, unlike the Chet-Julie conflict, I have a feeling that will continue to pop up.
